Terms of Service

Transformational nurse coaching supports personal growth, resilience, and wellbeing. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency care, and it does not create a nurse-patient or physician-patient relationship. Always consult your physician or licensed clinician for medical concerns. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Faith-centered principles are offered as part of our approach and are always optional; you may request a strictly secular coaching format.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit forms, book sessions, or create an account on this site.

Creating an account is optional and lets you view your own session requests and their status. You are responsible for keeping your email inbox and credentials secure, since sign-in links and password resets are delivered by email. Provide accurate information, do not share your account, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam, or unlawful activity.

Times shown on the scheduler are in Eastern Time. Submitting the booking form creates a request, not a confirmed appointment. A session is scheduled only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Requested slots may become unavailable before confirmation, and we may propose an alternative time or decline a request.

You will receive email updates as a request moves through its statuses — pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled, or missed.

Session and package pricing is listed on the relevant service page and is confirmed before payment. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your session; sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. Packages are non-transferable and expire as stated at purchase. Any refunds are handled case by case at our discretion.

Testimonials are reviewed before publication and may be approved, declined, or later archived. By submitting one you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish your name (as provided), rating, and text on this website and in related materials. Your email address is used only to notify you of the outcome and is never published. You may ask us to remove a published testimonial at any time. Do not submit content that is false, defamatory, or that discloses someone else's private information.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping, automated form submission, attempts to access other people's records or administrative areas, security probing, malware, spam, or unlawful content. Do not submit sensitive clinical, insurance, or financial details through the forms on this site.

All site content — text, guides, blog articles, service descriptions, imagery, and branding — belongs to Healing From The Inside Out PLLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read and share links freely, but may not republish or resell content without written permission. Blog and guide content is general education, not individualized advice.

The site relies on third-party hosting, database, authentication, and email providers, and may link to external resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or any particular outcome from coaching. Results depend on many factors, including your own participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healing From The Inside Out PLLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the three months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
