Privacy Policy

We only collect information you choose to provide:

• Contact inquiries. Your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, any preferred date and time, and the message you write.
• Booking requests. Your name, email address, optional phone number, the session type and duration, your requested date and time (Eastern Time), and any notes you add.
• Testimonial submissions. Your name (or the display name you provide), email address, rating, category, and the testimonial text. Your email address is used only for approval-status notifications and is never shown publicly.
• Account information. If you create an account to track your sessions, we store your email address and authentication records. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our authentication provider — we never see or store your password.

Our hosting and backend providers process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. We use Google Search Console to understand how the site performs in search results; it reports aggregate, non-identifying data. We do not run advertising trackers or sell any data.

We use only essential storage. When you sign in, your browser stores a session token so you stay signed in and can view your own bookings and inquiries. Clearing your browser storage signs you out. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule or confirm sessions.
• To send transactional email — session request confirmations, booking status updates (pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled, missed), inquiry status updates, testimonial approval or decline notices, and authentication emails such as sign-up confirmation, magic links, and password resets.
• To publish approved testimonials (name and text only, never your email).
• To maintain, secure, and improve the website.

We do not send marketing newsletters unless you separately opt in, and we never sell or rent your personal information.

Transactional and authentication emails are sent from our branded sending domain, notify.healing.enterprises. Our email provider processes your address and message content solely to deliver these messages on our behalf.

We rely on a small number of vetted processors: our website host, our managed database and authentication platform (which stores inquiries, bookings, testimonials, accounts, and roles), and our transactional email provider. They may process your data only to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Access is enforced at the database level with row-level security. Submitted inquiries, bookings, and pending testimonials are visible only to administrators of the practice. If you have an account, you can see your own inquiries and bookings and no one else's. Testimonial submitter emails are never exposed publicly.

Nurse coaching is not medical diagnosis or treatment, and this website is not a patient portal. Please do not submit clinical details, diagnoses, insurance numbers, or other sensitive health information through the forms on this site. Information you send here is business correspondence, not a protected medical record.

We keep inquiries and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and recordkeeping needs, then delete or anonymize them. Approved testimonials remain published until you ask us to remove them. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted, withdraw a published testimonial, or close your account. Email 1healingharvest@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Note that we may still need to send transactional messages related to an active booking.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services change. The revised date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
