SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

These terms describe the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program operated by Healing From The Inside Out PLLC, a Texas professional limited liability company providing transformational nurse coaching services.

Business information

Program description and message types

Messages are conversational and customer-care oriented. If you opt in, we may send you:

  • Replies to a question or inquiry you submitted to us
  • Appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and reminders
  • Follow-up related to a coaching session you requested or attended

We do not send marketing, promotional, or affiliate messages through this program.

How you opt in (consent)

Consent to receive text messages is always express and never automatic:

  • By checking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form or booking form, where the consent language appears directly next to the checkbox and is unchecked by default.
  • By texting us first at (832) 956-1485.
  • By verbally requesting text updates during a call or session.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of receiving coaching services. The checkbox on our forms is optional and submitting a form without it will not sign you up for texts.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subprocessors that help us operate the messaging program, and never for their independent use.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. In most cases you will receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan; we are not responsible for carrier charges.

Opting out — STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also email us at 1healingharvest@gmail.com to be removed.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Supported carriers and eligibility

The program is available to subscribers of major U.S. carriers. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized user for, the mobile number you provide.

Privacy and emergencies

Text messaging is not a secure or confidential channel. Please do not send sensitive health information by text. Text messages are never monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
