Welcome to Healing From The Inside Out PLLC.

I'm Irene Baker-Ausby, a transformational nurse coach, nursing executive, ordained minister, and Board-Certified Gerontological Nurse with more than 30 years of healthcare leadership. I am called to bring hope, equipped to facilitate healing, and honored to walk alongside others as they discover the wholeness that already exists within them.

I do not have to fix people; I create space for transformation. By integrating evidence-based nursing, transformational coaching, and faith-centered principles, I serve with compassion, humility, excellence, and grace — helping people navigate life's challenges with clarity, confidence, and hope.

I have a special heart for older adults, retirees, and the unique transitions that come with aging. As a Board-Certified Gerontological Nurse, I have spent decades walking with seniors and their families through retirement, health changes, caregiving, and loss — and I believe this season deserves just as much hope, purpose, and dignity as any that came before it.
